FAQs
What Kind Of Services Does Loving Home Care Provide?
Our services include all facets of non-medical care including home, hospice, and respite care. Learn more by talking with one of our client care coordinators. Let's work together to establish your care plan and find the caregiver (or caregivers) who are the best fit for you! We are honored to be able to help make caring for yourself and those you love easier.
How Much Does It Cost?
The rates for services vary based on the level of care required, the amount of hours requested, and what day/time the caregiver is needed. Contact us to discuss your needs and we will set up an in-home or over-the-phone assessment.
What Type Of Insurance Do You Take?
We take every type of insurance except for Medicare/Medicaid. However, our first priority is making sure that you receive the proper care for your loved one, and we will work with you to create the right care plan that won't break the bank. Check out our resources page for organizations that can assist with a variety of needs, including finances. View Resources
How Far Will You Travel?
Distance is no problem for us, and we can travel to any town in Vermont. We are located in Colchester, but serve clients in Morrisville, Westford, St. Albans, etc.
How Many Service Hours Can You Provide?
We do require a minimum of four hours for caregivers, but we can do anything from a 4-hour visit all the way to 24-hour live-in care. We can also provide service everyday, just once a week, or anywhere in between. Contact us below to discuss your needs and we will work with you and your schedule!
How Do We Get Started?
Once you fill out the online formor give us a call, we'll arrange a time to visit you, your family, and/or any authorized representative to discuss your home care wants and needs. Together, we'll go over your family’s needs, answer all of your questions, and provide you with a quote based on our conversation. Then, we'll begin putting together your custom care plan, including matching you with the right caregiver or team of caregivers.
